Lavah Intimates — Return, Refund & Subscription Policy

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the intimate nature of our products and in compliance with hygiene and safety standards, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged: underwear, lingerie, bodystockings, swimwear, adult toys, cosplay costumes, senses collection, bondage collection, and harnesses.
Sale items and purchases made with discount codes may be exchanged only if the item arrives faulty. They are not eligible for return or refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
We stand behind our quality. If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@lavahintimates.com
- The item must be unused with original tags attached
- Once approved, we will provide a prepaid return label and replace the item at no cost
Failed Deliveries
If your order does not arrive due to a carrier delivery failure, we will replace it once the item is returned to us by the shipping carrier.
If an incorrect address was provided at checkout, we are unable to resend the package. If we are able to recover it, a $9 restocking fee per item plus original shipping costs will apply to reship.
Order Cancellations
Once an order is confirmed and enters processing, it cannot be canceled. All confirmed orders proceed to fulfillment.
We Are Unable to Offer Refunds If:
- Your package did not arrive due to factors outside our control (customs delays, carrier issues, natural disasters, etc.)
- Your order was delivered but stolen or lost after delivery confirmation
- The returned item has been used, damaged by the customer, or is missing original tags
Subscription Terms & Cancellation Policy
By selecting the "Subscribe & Save" option at checkout, you are entering into a recurring monthly subscription agreement. You expressly authorize Lavah Intimates to charge your selected payment method automatically on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
1. Informed Consent & Disclosure
The subscription option, including renewal frequency and pricing, is clearly disclosed on:
- The product page
- The cart summary and checkout page, prior to payment submission
- The order confirmation email
- The subscription confirmation email titled "You're Subscribed — Monthly Lingerie Mystery Box"
By completing checkout with "Subscribe & Save" selected, you confirm that:
- You have read and understood that this is a recurring monthly subscription
- You are authorizing automatic recurring charges to your selected payment method
- You understand your subscription will renew automatically each month until canceled
- You were shown the subscription terms before completing payment
Your enrollment is logged with the date, time, and associated account information for verification purposes.
2. Subscription Confirmation
After enrollment, you will receive a Subscription Confirmation Email which includes:
- Your next renewal date and billing amount
- A "Manage Subscription" link giving you full control to cancel, pause, or skip shipments at any time prior to your renewal date
This email serves as your official subscription record and contains everything you need to manage your subscription independently.
3. Billing & Renewals
Subscriptions are billed automatically each month on the renewal date shown in your confirmation email. Prior to each renewal, a reminder of the upcoming charge is provided via your subscription management portal.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time prior to your renewal date by:
- Clicking the "Manage Subscription" link in your subscription confirmation email, or
- Contacting our support team at orders@lavahintimates.com before the renewal charge is processed
Cancellations take effect immediately and prevent all future renewals. If a renewal order has already been billed, processed, or entered fulfillment at the time of your cancellation request, that order is considered final sale and cannot be canceled or refunded. Your cancellation will take effect after the current shipment, ensuring no further renewals occur.
5. Subscription Refund Policy
Once a subscription renewal order has been billed and processed, it is subject to the same final sale policy as all intimate apparel purchases. Due to hygiene and safety standards, shipped subscription items cannot be returned or refunded.
If you believe a subscription charge was processed in error, please contact us at orders@lavahintimates.com before initiating a dispute with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving billing concerns directly and promptly. In most cases, we can resolve the issue faster than the dispute process.
6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
We retain records of all subscription enrollments, including checkout authorization, confirmation emails sent, and subscription management access provided. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute on a subscription charge that was properly disclosed, authorized at checkout, and confirmed via email may be considered misuse of the dispute process. We reserve the right to submit all relevant documentation in response to any dispute filed.
We strongly encourage you to contact us directly at orders@lavahintimates.com to resolve any billing questions before filing a dispute with your bank or payment provider.
7. Customer Acknowledgment
By enrolling in Subscribe & Save, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are authorizing recurring monthly charges to your selected payment method until you cancel
- You were clearly informed of the subscription terms prior to completing checkout
- You understand that subscription benefits include discounted pricing, exclusive member-only access to new products and offers, and the ability to manage or cancel your subscription at any time before your renewal date
- You agree to contact Lavah Intimates to resolve any billing questions before initiating a payment dispute
- You have read and agree to these terms, which were displayed prior to checkout and sent again via email after purchase
